


Creating a Self Care Tool Box!
This is something I am really excited to share with you. The idea for creating a self care tool box is that when you find yourself in a situation where you are feeling too overwhelmed or over stimulated, you can take a glance at your toolbox and you have your ideas right there.
It can be a fun craft when you are ready for it and then be used later down the road to remind you of the things that bring you energy or recharge you.
Feel free to draw items instead or cut out graphics from magazines or other books.
Let your heart take the wheel, there is no right or wrong here just whats best for you <3
